Rise VIP Membership Terms
Effective October 6, 2026
These terms apply to Rise VIP memberships from Rise Service Company, licensed HVAC contractor TACLA158258E. Rise VIP is a maintenance and discount plan for your heating and cooling system.
Price and What’s Included
Rise VIP costs $199 a year for one heating and cooling system. It includes two precision tune ups a year, one for cooling and one for heating, 10% off repairs, priority scheduling, and no service call or diagnostic fee.
Priority Scheduling and Tune Ups
VIP members are scheduled before other customers when they call. It is not a promise of a specific arrival time. Tune ups are scheduled at a time that works for you. Visits not used in the membership year don’t carry over.
Repair Discount
You get 10% off Rise’s standard repair prices. The discount does not apply to new equipment or system replacements, and it can’t be combined with other offers.
Term and Renewal
Membership runs 12 months from the day you join. It renews each year at the current price unless you cancel, and we remind you by email or text at least 30 days before it renews.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime by phone or email. Cancel within 30 days of joining with no visits used and we refund the full $199. After that, your membership stays active through the paid year and won’t renew.
New Systems, Moving and Service Area
Every new system Rise installs includes one year of Rise VIP at no extra charge. If you sell your home, the membership can transfer to the new owner. Your home must be in Rise’s service area.
What Rise VIP Is Not, and Changes
Rise VIP is a maintenance and discount plan. It is not insurance or a home warranty, and it does not pay for repairs. Rise may update these terms with 30 days notice. Changes don’t affect a year you’ve already paid for. Questions? Call us or email info@callrisetx.com.
