I cannot recommend these guys more!  They literally saved our family.  Our AC suddenly stopped working and it went up to over 90 degrees quickly.  We have two young kids and didn't wanna wait days, everyone was booked up.  The gentleman I talked to on the phone was super professional & kind, and sent a repairman to our house despite the fact it was getting late. The repairman drove all the way from San Antonio area. Great experience with this HVAC technician Devon Ramirez from Rise Service Company! He arrived right on time and took the time to explain everything his company was going to be doing, which helped me to better understand the issue. I am very happy with the response time, customer service, transparency about repair needed and pricing. Jake the owner, gave me a very reasonable price. Fabian and Brody were my technicians, they showed up early and finished the job in a timely fashion. Jake also left me a portable AC unit until job was finished. Mr. Devon Ramirez & staff were very professional, fast, & responsive!

I received a call immediately after putting in my request for maintenance on my HVAC. Mr. Ramirez was very professional, knowledgeable, & arrived on time! Respected my house as if it was his. He answered all questions regarding concerns I had. He showed me everything regarding my unit & made sure I understood what he was explaining. I’m very impressed & please with the service we received today! I highly recommend hiring on the spot & getting the membership for annual cleaning.

I’ve had several issues with my AC during this summer, Rise has answered the call not once, not twice but several times! A real person(Bryson),  answers the phone and replies to text messages, even the owner reached out to make sure things are going smooth! Brody showed up promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable, explained everything during the diagnosis. He made the repair and got our system up and running in no time!
